1. Return conditions

Customers need to check the condition of merchandise and may exchange/return it at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • Product is incorrect type and model that being deliveries compared to the original orders.
  • Product is incorrect quantities, set as in the order.
  • External conditions are affected such as packaging tear, peeling, broken…

Customers must have relevant documents proved customers brought that product to complete the exchange/return od merchandise.

2. Regulations on time to notify and send return/exchange products

  • Time for notification of return: within 48 hours of receiving the product in case the product lacks accessories, gifts, or is broken.
  • Time to send the returned product: within 14 days from receiving products.
  • Product return/exchange location: customers can bring the goods directly to our office/store or by post.
