Delivery Policy

The transportation and delivery policy applies to all forms of purchasing at Somo Gold.

I. FORM OF TRANSPORTATION & DELIVERY MERCHANDISE

When purchasing at Somo Gold, you can choose one of following transportation and delivery methods:

• Somo Gold directly ships and delivers to customers.
• Somo Gold delivers to customers through delivery service providers.

II. CONTENT

1. Somo Gold directly ships and delivers to customers

• Free delivery within HCMC
• Delivery time from 8:15AM to 5:00PM from Monday to Saturday

2. Somo Gold delivers to customers through delivery service providers

• Somo Gold will choose a delivery service provider to deliver merchandise to customers.
• Delivery time to the location that customers is requested will following the criteria of the delivery time of the service provider.
• For convenience and to arrange a suitable time and place to receive merchandise, please contact the intermediary to receive merchandise.
• Delivery costs are based on the agreement of Somo Gold and the customer through the quotation od carriers.

3. Sealing specification

• All Somo Gold merchandise sent through intermediaries is weighed and sealed before being sent.
• Sealing paper with the Company’s round seal or Somo Gold branded scotch tape.
• In case the customer finds that the sealing paper has been torn or has signs of being opened before, or the goods (including the box) do not have enough weight as indicated on the box:

  • You make a record immediately with the shipping intermediary.

  • Immediately notify Somo Gold sales staff for timely resolution.

No later than 2 hours from the time merchandise arrive at your request, if you do not respond to Somo Gold, Somo Gold is considered that you have received the correct and sufficient goods as agreed.
